NAPFA test

hellohello(:
today i got the napfa test run and measuring height and weight. wahh, i didn't know tht i'm heavy 64kg siahh. haha. && i shrinked!! from 176cm to 175cm. hahaha. but today was so tiring. my timing only 10.54mins. sooo slow. i aim for 10 mins je. but nvr achieve. haha. nvmnvm. try harder nxt yr. thts all guys.
